Frank Orzo, President
Co-developer of the original LAWTRAC Law Department Management System (LDMS), Mr. Orzo has been both a witness to—and a participant in—the entire evolution of matter management software. In 1984, he was instrumental in the development and marketing of the first commercially successful networked, PC-based software application for in-house law departments—and he has been deeply involved in developing LAWTRAC products for this market ever since. In 1992, he introduced the first Windows-based, in-house matter management system. In 1995, he became a charter member of the legal industry's Electronic Billing Task Force. In 2001, he managed the development of the industry's first fully web-based LDMS, integrating matter, document, e-billing, outside counsel collaboration, and file room management module in one application.
