From an Entity record you can see the costs of the matter records they are associated directly from within the record.

The three types of mini-reports are:

Total Budgets

Total Invoiced

Variance between Budgets and Invoices

In LAWTRAC you can associate firms to parties giving you circular reference points. When looking at the firm record you can see who the represent and from the party record you can see who represents them.


You can use this same concept with labor unions too. Add the labor union as a vendor and then associate key employees (parties) to their respective union. This gives you specific individuals with whom you can communicate if the need arises.
