When you need to see a listing of budgets for matters to which you are assigned use the Budgets link from the main site menu.


The screen that opens only deals with matters you are directly assigned to. It can be refined by fiscal year, type of matter and more.


Click on a firm name and the lower portion will refresh to show budgets from that firm.

If you would like to establish a budget for a firm after their association to a matter assignment click on the ghosted handshake icon.


The "light" handshake icon indicates that there is no budget established yet.

To aid users and insure that data is recorded correctly the input screens people see are based on the frequency setting of the budget.


This aids reporting and data analysis.
